Chief Minister’s Relief Fund has been registered u/s 12 AA of the Income Tax Act, 1961 bear’s registration No. 53/2005–06. Donations made to "Orissa Chief Minister's Relief Fund"  shall qualify for exemption from income-tax under section 80G(2)(a) (iiihf) of the Income-Tax Act 1961.
